	Port Lavaca, Texas - Municipal Harbor and Freezer Plant - 1930's The Municipal Harbor is located on Broadway St. The harbor is now frequented by bay and Gulf shrimpers. The old freezer plant is shown in the upper left area. The plant is no longer operational, however, across Broadway St. from the harbor the Hillman Seafood plant today is a major processor of oyster and shrimp. Municipal Harbor - 2007
